The power of "The Pardon". So, if you just happen to be the president of the united states with Christmas just around the corner, what do you get those special one(s) you love so much? PARDONS!!!
So, I thought this might be a fun and interesting way to express the holiday cheer that only 2020 can provide. Below you will find downloads in both Open Office format and Microsoft Word. Simply find some nice paper to print it on, fill in the name of your choosing and print it up. I believe the Dollar Tree is selling document frames for a buck, so it'll be a very affordable gift for that special someone you know will have an appreciation for it.
A little bit of interesting info on the pardon.
Title 21 United States Code (USC) Section 461 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Title 9 Section 381.171(d) is one of a large number of sections of the law that define what food products mean. Specifically it is a crime to sell “Turkey Ham” as “Ham Turkey” or with the words “Turkey” and “Ham” in different fonts.
Also, December 18th 2019 is the day a certain "someone" got impeached. It's just one of those Easter eggs. You might also recognize the fine amount is the same amount that certain "individual one" paid in taxes last year.
Now, an important note. Because I didn't want to have anyone load strange fonts into their systems, I used basic fonts. The font used by the "actual" pardon displays lower case letters as smaller capital letters. So I just changed the font size. Keep this in mind when making your changes. Capital letters are size 18. Lower case are size 14.
