Above you'll see a split screen of the piece I call "Exposed Surface". The left side of the split was the original work that I created using a Photographers Drop (An inexpensive poster-paper roll used as a background for photographers). I found it to be incredibly realistic. Naturally, I couldn't help but wonder what a real brick wall would look like in it's place. So, the right side of the split shows where I'd replaced the Photographers Drop with Faux Brick Wall Paneling.
