Introducing Jujubee, Treasure of the Pride

One morning in 2014 I opened the front door to find the tiniest little kitten. Naturally i had to get her some food. She was so tiny and skinny. After that she returned again, this time with a larger male cat. So I fed him too. About every other day the pair of them would come over for something to eat. It took me a little while before i realized she was the mother to the larger cat. After a while of watching them I discovered they belonged to the neighbor across the street. I went over and let him know that I'd been feeding them, he seemed okay with it.

A few weeks later I noticed they stopped coming by. A few days after that I saw a man pulling some trash out of my neighbors garage. I went over and introduced myself and found out he was the landlord. He told me he evicted my neighbor. He also told me they found some really great homes for the cats... He lied.

Jujubee (2017)

I decided to take a trip over to the animal shelter, and there she was. I really didn't have room for her, and I couldn't do both. But I adopted her anyways, and I paid for the other one to give him a better chance at adoption. I found out recently this tiny little kitten is really 10 years old.
